Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL Express with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Please note: Shipments of live cultures are only carried out via express delivery and exclusively within the European Union.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We deliver to the EU; shipping times vary greatly at the moment, we have no control over it thus we do not guarantee the timing of delivery; estimates shown on the website are fetched automatically from shipping providers through API provided by them. We will replace or refund items that perished due to unreasonably slow shipping.
Dangerous goods: Certain hazardous materials cannot be purchased through the user’s account on our website. These items are available only to companies and require the completion of an end-user declaration and payment via the company’s bank details. Please contact us directly for further information.
Please contact us for deliveries to other regions. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to regions outside of the EU.
